First Floor
Up on the first floor is the wonderfully large, light sitting room, with outstanding coastal views, and enough seating for everybody to relax and enjoy themselves. Ideal for watching the sunset over Bembridge beach.
Second Floor
Nestled on the half-landing (second floor) is the first twin bedroom, tastefully decorated with nautical touches. A charming seaside atmosphere.
Third Floor
Bathed in light, the spacious master bedroom boasts a luxurious emperor king bed and stunning sea views. An en-suite shower offers privacy. Across the hall, the modern family bathroom features a shower over bath, perfect for those relaxing soaks after a windy walk along the beach.
Fourth Floor
The top floor features another cosy twin bedroom, complete with a sink and a unique Velux Cabrio balcony, offering a breath of fresh air and a glimpse of the surroundings. The beds can be pushed together if needed, creating a flexible sleeping arrangement.
Outdoor Space
Bask in the sun-soaked decked terrace with comfy seating, perfect for alfresco dining or relaxing into the twilight. The property shares a large communal garden leading directly to Bembridge beach, offering a touch of green and easy beach access.

A great place for a family holiday by the sea

As a 3 generation family we enjoyed the privacy afforded by the layout of the house - everyone could find a quiet space at the end of the day. We loved being able to walk to the beach with no roads to cross and the sea views from the upstairs windowssee more

We loved being able to walk to the beach with no roads to cross and the sea views from the upstairs windows. The house is obviously a very loved home offering a level of comfort not usually found in rental properties. High quality crockery and bed linen were enjoyed. We all enjoyed our stay so much that all 3 children have asked if we can book again for next year.

Private parking is a bonus and the small sitting area outside but with a 4 year old a gate would have been appreciated.
